B.K.S. Iyengar defined Sadhana (a Sanskrit word) as a discipline undertaken in pursuit of a goal or, simply put, a journey that leads somewhere. Yoga offers us such a path where we can recharge and restore our health and bring more wellbeing to our lives.
"I have more energy than before and feel the bliss of practice and how it strengthens my nervous and immune systems and my body."
"This variation allowed my knees to relax completely! It was so soothing! "

An empowered, compassionate, and consistent yoga practice within a supportive, inspiring community brings balance and vitality to life.
After the workshop, you'll have the chance to join my deep study monthly group, Sadhana Circle Online.
I look forward to practising yoga with you in 2022!
