To find balance and stay healthy, we've had to change our daily routines. Yoga practitioners around the world have discovered online classes, workshops, and retreats to keep us steady and strong, inside and out.
Iyengar Yoga has always innovated new ways of teaching and learning yoga adapting to fit individual needs and abilities. Now more than ever we need this holistic and personalized approach to restore our vitality for life.
For these reasons, I've created a monthly yoga membership - an online learning program that includes a monthly live 2-hour classes, workshop talks, Q +A sessions, support and accountability for your yoga practice with flexibility to fit into your life. Every online session will be recorded, so if you can't make it live, so you can enjoy your lessons anytime or anywhere.

These are some of feelings that I've heard from yoga students since the pandemic began. People have been reflecting on their lives pre-Covid and while many want to "go back," other see times have changed forever.
I've been teaching Iyengar yoga for 30 years helping people of all ages, backgrounds, and health conditions improve their health and wellbeing. During this time, I've seen our lives become more face-paced and complicated bringing different illnesses and problems. Our yoga practice, teaching, and learning has needed to evolve to address the current needs and life demands.
In 1998, I began offering yoga retreats and workshops to give people extra time to devote to yoga. Almost 20 years later, I took some of these workshop themes online and made home practice videos for my students.
More and more I heard from people that they were looking for new ways to go deeper into yoga and find ways to balance their practice and study with busy, complicated lives.
I developed the Sadhana Circle Online, a monthly membership to help yoga practitioners explore the breath and depth of yoga within the structure of a supportive community.
Through this immersive program, you will take a trip that involves working on your inner self as well your body.
Shifts will happen with consistent and thoughtful practice and guidance.

There's a new way to weave yoga into your life
Online yoga offers flexibility to adapt practice to our lives.
We live complicated lives, juggling a lot of responsibilities and commitments but at the same time crave peace of mind and good health.
Yoga online gives us the ability to experience class with experienced teachers without going to a yoga studio. A monthly online yoga membership gives you consistent time for yourself, to listen to your own needs and gain clarity on yoga and yourself.
This will be time away from your day-to-day life (while still being in your life!) to help you feel refreshed, renewed, and re-inspired.
Practice where ever and when ever YOU want

We can't always make it to class. Sometimes there isn't an experienced teacher where we live or life gets in the way. Time goes by and we wish we had been able to do more yoga.
Recorded practices, workshop talks, and Q + A sessions will restart or reinvigorate your yoga study and practice when the time is right for you.
You will be taken week by week, month by month, how to help heal common health concerns and increase vitality.
You can either attend the live sessions or listen to the recordings. Some practice recordings you might enjoy so much and will listen to them again and again!

A tool kit for your health and healing
Iyengar yoga is at both methodical and creative!
Within class and from class to class, the safe and systematic progression of asanas—demonstrated with specific teaching points fosters intelligent action—developing each student’s strength, flexibility, stamina, and alignment.
Extensive use is made of yoga props—including blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets, and chairs—which enables students of varying levels of strength and flexibility to work safely and accurately in the asanas. Individual corrections and adjustments are made, when necessary.
In the Sadhana Circle Online, you will get in addition to the classes and Q + A sessions, extra resources, guidance, and get personal feedback on your practice.
By providing a firm foundation for health and well-being, Iyengar yoga gives everyone the knowledge to overcome and prevent many stresses, strains, aches, and pains.

Strategy + Guidance
You will have schedule with our monthly meetings planned for the rest of 2021. Throughout the month, you will have the chance to ask questions about your yoga practice and how stay inspired and joyous with practice. You will get clear insight how to integrate yoga therapy into your daily routine and boost your vitality.
Accountability + Support
We will be in close contact throughout the month. In live classes, question and answer sessions, private Facebook Group, and via email, I will be there with you to meet your goals and needs. I will be checking in regularly to make sure that you're benefiting from the membership and feel well with your practice.
Training + Sequences
Every month, we'll have a live class -either Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon. After the class there will be live Q +A. If you miss a live session, you can always listen to the recordings and send your answer before so you're all your questions get answered. You'll also get extra bonus sequences and motivations to keep you exploring your yoga.
